About Us
Our Mission:
It is our duty to provide the residents of San Antonio, Texas and investors across the nation with homes located within the Bexar County and surrounding a vital link to fast, efficient, and timely eviction services. We will collect information that is needed to provide service and assistance in the most efficient and safe manner at times under stressful situations.
What it boils down to.
San Antonio Eviction Services is a full service eviction company serving San Antonio, Texas. There are thousands of Real Estate Investors in San Antonio and let’s be honest, competition is vicious. The investors who are successful are the investors who have time to work making deals. Those who are in the trenches trying to do everything, including sitting at the courthouse attempting to evict tenants, are losing the game. That's where we come in. The old adage "Time is Money" holds true for real estate investing. If you are sitting in a courthouse or serving an eviction, how effective is your time? How much money are you losing (or not making)? Are you willing to leave the line to chase a deal while your tenant isn't paying the rent?
We allow you to free up time to do what you do best. We have experience in the investing world and in the eviction world. We know what it feels like to not have time to deal with the eviction process (especially multiple evictions), and to be too far away to effectively deal with it (out-of-town landlords feel this the most). Suffice it to say we know what we are doing!
Our service consists of three separate divisions.
Administrative/Evictions: We are responsible for the intake of your information and processing of your eviction which initially starts with the Three Day Pay or Vacate Notice. We will be collecting all information on the tenants including rental application, lease, and any agreements or notices served. We serve notices, file in court, visit the property and take photos, attend hearings in court, and deliver the judgment.
Legal: Though our service is not owned or operated by an attorney, we do have one available should the case require one. It does not happen often but occasionally there could be an appeal or other issue that may require the services of an attorney. He is licensed in the state of Texas.
